Corporate Flights
See our
Interactive
Map for Flight Packages Options or call our offices and we will
assemble a package according to your air charter requirements.
Sight-Seeing:
We focus on combining short local trips with ground based transport
to give our clients a combination of views form the air with
experiences on the ground. Most of the routes have the option of
flying in the one direction and returning by road in the opposite
direction in a radius of approximately 250 km from Stellenbosch.
Our
aim is to present the spectacular scenery of the
Western Cape
in a fun and personal way with small groups and high personal
attention. With the mountains, vineyards and oceans we believe that
if people have not captured the beauty from the air they have sadly
missed out on completing their South African experience, be they
local or foreign tourists.
Training:
We can arrange training for
pilots and make the Piper Aztec available for advanced training and
initial twin training with dedicated flight instructors.
We also cater for
longer trips on an ad-hoc basis for business or pleasure! |
Routes
A- There and back by Air - Peninsula Pleasure
Your basic, see the entire Cape Town in a mind-blowing hour, flight.
It takes you from the Stellenbosch winelands to circle at Cape-Point
lighthouse before heading low to Hout Bay, along the Twelve Apostle
mountains above Camps Bay before circling Robben Island and flying
across the face of Table Mountain and returning to Stellenbosch.
Mountain Mind shift
Get a different perspective on life in an instant. This trip is
short and sweet, the kind you can take your friends or family on for
a special treat, but you are not too sure if they like flying. Get a
group together to jolt them out of their normal thinking patterns.
From Stellenbosch fly through the Franschoek
mountains to Theewaterskloof dam, along the craggy mountains to drop
into the Hottentots Holland basin before swooping down onto the
coast at Gordon’s Bay and returning to Stellenbosch. Especially good
for a mind-shift when the snow is fresh and thick on top of the
mountains, but otherwise just ordinarily mind-blowing !
B- There by Air – Back by Bus (or
vice-versa !)
West Coast Wing It.
We depart early from Stellenbosch by bus taking in the San Centre
and the Buffelsfontein Game Farm or the West Coast National Park on
the way up. We end the road trip with a fantastic lunch at about
1p.m. in Langebaan. The group then boards the aircraft and is flown
back to Stellenbosch via Robben Island and Table Mountain. A fun
filled day which gets you great aerial shots, a look at interesting
things on the ground and you are back home in time for a sundowner.
Swellendam Wine Route.
Leave by bus from Stellenbosch and travel the 250km to Swellendam by
bus in a relaxed way. We stop at various places on the way – view
sites, farm stalls, wine cellars and other places of interest.
Spectacular mountain scenery and an amazing change of environment.
Lunch in the beautiful old town of Swellendam is followed by a
flight back to Stellenbosch.
Southern Tip Traverse
Everyone wants to see the Southern tip of Africa – after all you
have spent a lot of effort getting here – you don’t want to miss it
by a couple of hundred kilometers. Take the bus route down and
marvel how quickly the scenery changes from winelands to open field
wheatlands then to dry open plains. Enjoy a Champaign lunch at the Agulhas lighthouse
and then board the plane to circle the lighthouse, wave good-bye to
the South and head North for an exhilarating low level flight back
along the coastline over the mountains and home to Stellenbosch
airfield. |
